Welcome, I'm Timothy Vojta — qEEG Brain Mapping specialist, Neurofeedback practitioner, and Resilience Coach.

I'm glad you're here. Whatever ails you, I think you'll find something useful in this work.

I'm Timothy Vojta — qEEG Brain Mapping specialist, Neurofeedback practitioner, and Resilience coach. Your brain and your philosophy shape everything you do. I work with both.

After a long corporate career and almost 15 years in mental health, I've built my practice around two tools: brain training, and a coaching method that pulls the best thinking from the ancient world and fuses it with modern science.

Much of the mental health field organizes around limits — what you can't do because of your feelings, or a diagnosis assigned for insurance. Real change starts somewhere else. My clients do best when two things happen: they learn to regulate their nervous system, and they carry a philosophical framework that holds them through hard times and builds resilience.

I'll walk with you through both. I know these tools work because I've used them myself. I've felt the relief, the calm, the certainty that comes with knowing whatever life throws at me, I can handle it. I want that for you too.

Please reach out. I read every inquiry personally.

Two offerings with one coherent philosophy:

our mindset and our physiology are inseparable.

The Biofeedback/Neurofeedback and Photobiomodulation Practice:

Neurofeedback, biofeedback, and photobiomodulation train the brain and nervous system at the source. They steady your stress response, sharpen focus, and build the physiological foundation for calm, clarity, and resilience.

The Coaching Practice:

The Junction: Ancestral Wisdom and Modern Science is a comprehensive methodology for living our best lives. It is the accumulation of more than 25 years of experience in the corporate and clinical worlds. So often we encounter helpful advice, tools, methodologies, that only answer one of three questions independently: What (values, purpose), Why (my inspiration, the benefit), and How (specifically how to turn this into practical, useful change). Rarely are they integrated into a coherent, connected roadmap to a better life. My method The Junction does exactly that. It starts with the wisdom from the ancient philosophers, connects to practical, thoughtful observations and foundational work by the original pioneers in the field (primarily Alfred Adler), and ultimately to practical, useful tools provided by the modern masters in behavioral economics, sociology, business, science, neurology and probability science.

Important Commonalities and Differences:

Neurofeedback, biofeedback, and photobiomodulation are available under the coaching relationship as brain training and performance tools — not as clinical interventions. Coaching is not therapy and does not constitute a clinical relationship.

The Practitioner:

Timothy Vojta, LPC

More than 15 years in the mental health field. A Licensed Professional Counselor. A qEEG-guided neurofeedback specialist. A certified mace instructor. A student of Stoic philosophy who has done the work. I don’t offer anything I haven’t experienced myself.

I left a 20-year business consulting career to become a therapist. That path led me to neurofeedback — and eventually to building a coaching methodology rigorous enough to match the the neurofeedback work. My clients don't find me first they find me when they have reached their limit and need something that works.
